The Power of Thought alone

A lot of people treat thoughts as if they're something private when in reality they're not. Your thoughts doesn't belong to you exclusively, and they don't stay in your container of the mind. Thoughts venture out. Thoughts travel. Every thought affects consciousness and is perfectly compared to a water-drop in the ocean - it's a consciousness within the consciousness. Similar thoughts within the greater consciousness attracts, being able to play a bigger role in consciousness.
Consciousness is what reality/life is made of. So the external reality is a reflection of the inner realities. That means that the world we live in today was created by the sum of the consciousness of the people before us, that we who are alive today choose either to maintain or break away from.

We who are alive now are not powerless to change what was before us even though we have to act within a reality that was created before us. We both have the power and the responsibility to make decisions around what the things are that we would like to maintain, develop further on and what the things are that we want to get rid of. ( Side-note: Nothing can really be maintained, if it's maintained it will be developed further on. 2nd side-note: Because everything changes, and changes elsewhere will eventually affect everything else - nothing can remain stagnant. Side-note 3: Which is why negative things that aren't addressed, and not even acknowledged or ignored, eventually grows - it's not going be stagnant and stay as it initially was but it will develop in accordance to the development of the rest of it's environment, becoming stronger, more creative or more able to be unnoticed for example to maintain it's survival.)
Early on in life a lot of people accept the world we live in. Accept adapting to it, and only try to figure out how they can work their way within it. How they can be happy, protect themselves, enjoy themselves and grow and contribute ~ within it. Meaning that
Most people try to adapt to a system, and I'm not talking about a political, but a culturally, mentally, philosophically flawed system. Which means that people comply to what it is which makes absolute logical sense. Physically. But mentally? Philosophically? It doesn't make sense. Agreeing on one part doesn't mean that you have to agree on every part. You are still free to THINK. Most people abandon their wishes to have things any differently. And if you did, and if you have, well then you have opted out from developing and you have opted into looping, cycling, re-creating (Not creating), re-producing, not producing, re-doing, everything just on repeat. Nothing new coming out of you, from you. Nothing that is going to usher us into a new world. A different world. If you are as this world expects you to be then you are not seeding Your beliefs, but It's beliefs.
The mind is the way. The way of our minds becomes the way of the world. You have to believe in your power.
Thoughts is the first thing that leaves your body. It literally goes out of your body!
It literally leaves You, and goes out into the world! Spreads into the Consciousness and spreads into and affects the physical reality. Scientists have been able to declare this, through several different scientific fields. So you can easily find the Proof for that. And I am guessing, even without the proof, that you intuitively have felt that this is or might be the case.
The most important awakening one has to experience, or at least try to understand, is that the system isn't Solid. The system of life isn't rigid - it's flexible and it adapts to us as a collective. Even if people where you live don't believe in you or agree with you, someone else thousands of miles away from you (maybe even full nations) sharing your beliefs, will empower the consciousness-belief hence it's existence.
The material-physical world is an illusion because it isn't as solid or rigid as it seems. Since you can't know how many people out there there are sharing the same beliefs as you, you can't know the impact of it. The more people there are that believes and lives in accordance to the same philosophy, the more anchored it becomes in reality. Reality, the world, externally is a mirror of our internal reality, our thoughts. Hence the power of thoughts needs to be taken more seriously and it's important, maybe more than ever now, that we are very careful with the thoughts we allow to roam in the mind. We need to take control of the mind, and it's not about decisions or choices to starts at, it's the thoughts alone.
The mind is the way. The way of our minds becomes the way of the world. You have to believe in your power.
Knowing that your thoughts carries an immense power - would you still continue to think the same: when you are angry? And would you think the same when you Love?
The thoughts that we think can be changed - and this is where we have power. Every single one of us. No excuses. And this is where we have the most power. Out of everything and anything, your mind is the thing you have the most control of AND it's how we can impact and affect life the greatest! What a coincidence AND what a Blessing! It is as if we are meant to succeed, and to be able to have heaven on earth! To succeed by Free Will - by each and everyone's own Desire and Choice! We could already be there, but
We are living in a spiritually democratic world.
Life, and this world, is actually ruled by Spiritual Democracy.
The mind is the way. The way of our minds becomes the way of the world. You have to believe in your power.

People try to control other peoples minds because they know, somewhere deep inside of them, that that's where they have the most power when/if trying to make an impact. If they manage to control or manipulate or destroy another persons mind, they manage to control, manipulate or destroy their whole Life. And this happens a lot, some are conscious of it but lack understanding of how deep wounds and problems they create not only for the people they do it to but for life itself, some people do it and are so used to it they are almost completely unconscious of it (some level of them will have to know but it doesn't mean they can access that self-awareness), some are conscious of it but are driven by selfish motives and don't care about how that affects humanity as a whole, and sadly there are few, if anyone I've ever met among the several thousands, who doesn't do it at all, which puts us at Massive disadvantage progressively speaking. People with self-control don't NEED to control others. There is not an ounce of your body that wishes that you could or have any desire or any motivation to at all control someone else! In reality, controlling someone else is absurd and terrible! To take control of someone who has their own senses, their own capability and their own Life - Force is what I call mentally ill. Not what psychiatrists today considers to be mentally ill. I can't imagine treating someone that way, and it took me a lot of time to understand the real reasons to why people do it. The more you start to try to become aware of yourself
