You can't "find" yourself.

There is no real you, hence there is nothing to find. You, are in the becoming, constantly. You are ever-changing, until the day you die. You are who you've been so far, but that can change any moment, any second, with a simple decision or unconscious acting which would make you aware of yourself more and better.

Who you are is constantly changing and as you become more aware of what and who you are you get the chance to make changes or adjustments or enhancements. You: is not solid. But actions overtime, or habits are the things that do and can define you, as up until now at least.

The moment you become aware of something is the moment that you get the chance to enhance it, or adjust it, or change it. You can transform yourself in any direction at any time and only your beliefs can stop you.

Getting to know oneself has as much to do with simply deciding what and who you are. Everyday and in every and any given circumstances you get the opportunity improve yourself, to alter yourself and/or to descend yourself. Decrease/disappoint.

You can't decide how others view you, but you know you and how you are and the things you do is who you know yourself as. Changing others opinions or views about you matters a lot less than the proof you give to yourself about yourself.

In a world where you can be anything, be the best possible human being you can. Don't let social measurements or expectations set the bar(s) for you - but think for yourself. The norms, all over the world, no matter where you're from, in every single culture, and subcultures are ridiculous and degrading of our true potential. Now, I'm not saying that this would be easy, but I'm saying that it - on a collective level - is necessary. Instead of setting the bars up high for others, judging others, looking at the things that others are failing at at, and feeling disappointed with the rest of humanity for not understanding or knowing what you understand and know; realize that you are NOT responsible for others peoples journey, and you don't know them inside out the way you have the capacity to know yourself. You don't know what they have been through or what they are going through. The only persons growth you should be concerned with are your own. All that energy that you're wasting looking at others could have been spent on improving yourself and the life of others as a byproduct.

You might think that you're being constructive when you discuss others failures, but in reality you are being destructive. You are adding to emotional negativity, hatred, unforgivingness and cursing of others and the collective power of those things. All from a standpoint where you're nowhere close actually being in a rightful position to make those kind of judgments about those you point at. So... Mind your own business! You're wasting so much of your time, your energy, your growth, being concerned with other peoples behaviors. Even if you're great, I can assure you that you could be even greater if you would eliminate complaining-time. Trying to fix and change others, who's lives you have so little insight in, isn't even nearly as productive for your sense of self, well-being or life nor humanity, as you looking into yourself and improving yourself beyond your limitations. When you become a person that has transformed your self or life fundamentally you become a beaming light for others to be inspired by and someone that opens ups doors of possibilities that didn't exist before. You really can "change the world" by just being the best, most improved possible version of yourself. If you don't become Great at least you become someone who's VERY far from bad... And that's not only more than enough for yourself and the world, but it's desperately needed. You shouldn't be comparing yourself to others, especially not those who are worse, but to yourself and always try to do less harm than previously done until that is completely eliminated.

Everyone counts.

You can either spend your time and energy blaming others, whom's lives you know nothing about for the miserable parts of life, or you can spend your time, energy and focus on someone and something that you know Every single thing about - yourself - and ensure that you are a nice, friendly and kind optimistic and joyful person who liberates others from the weights of everything we're facing, instead of drowning them in it.

Opting for being better than you were yesterday, or being better than you've been for the past years, or being better than the possible downfall you might be facing - is a good place to start!

Being afraid of how others criticize you will be more powerful the more you have been criticizing of others. The more gentle you are and have been towards others, the easier it becomes to explore yourself without falling victim to intense guilt or shame. Also previous abuse matters into this, and psychological abuse and/or physical abuse can also cause a greater sense of guilt and shame which even can be out of proportion. But all of these things can be changed, you are not shackled by your past and with small changes everyday or by working on bits and pieces, project by project - to heal your confidence and ability to explore yourself and your gifts and the world. It's never too late to change, and if you'd like me personally to support you in that journey reach out to me on the Contact-tab or simply schedule our first free appointment through the Calendly by clicking here.
